Nuway Heavy duty
 
Nuway heavy duty is an ideal matting solution for all internal and external entrance areas where heavy duty loads and intense pedestrian and/or wheeled traffic are to be catered for. Nuway heavy duty is the strongest type of matting in the Nuway range.

Nuway heavy duty has a closed construction and a level surface for ease of movement of wheeled vehicles. Its heavy duty scraper bars are formed by linking together two specially designed and patented aluminium strips. These are combined with double wiper strips to create a heavy duty mat with a thicker, heavier profile than standard Tuftiguard products.

All heavy duty mats are offered with a closed and double construction in a choice of 12 or 17 mm heights and feature aluminium scraper bars.  
 
Nuway Heavy duty FR
Heavy duty is also available as FR, which is developed for fire sensitive locations. Based on the same proven construction and component configuration as Nuway heavy duty, this product provides unique performance characteristics for both fire sensitive and heavy point loading locations.  
 
Heavy duty FR entrance mats are suitable for internal use only. They are 17mm high and are available with double grey buffed wiper strips.
